Please use a purchase order for all of your purchases.

No check requests to attach paperwork to and get approved

No worries about wrong account numbers

Send the receiver and packing slips to A/P and you are done!
Because of the quick turn-around with requisition processing, purchase orders are printed and mailed daily.
If you need a purchase order faxed or returned to you please make sure that information is entered in the "PO" section when entering the requisition.
When using special instructions please double check your fax numbers before entering on the requisition. PO's with invalid fax numbers will be mailed.
Vendors who do not accept HSD2 Purchase Orders
If you are trying to purchase items from a vendor that does not accept our purchase orders (i.e. Walmart, Michaels, Hobby Lobby) PLEASE seek alternative vendors that will accept our purchase orders (i.e. Target, King Soopers).
We now have a corporate account with Sam's Club. Please call Vivian Harvell to set up your Sam's Club membership.
Please keep in mind that Walmart is NOT a preferred vendor for Harrison School District #2. Walmart will not take our purchase orders or our checks. Most of the time they will not honor our tax exempt status. When shopping for items please keep this in mind and only use Walmart as a last resort.
We do not allow purchases from Craigslist or Ebay. They are private vendors, and the quality and dependability of the items purchased are not guaranteed.
