We are offering a service to the community of Colorado Springs to help people clean out their clutter. When we arrive, you just point out the items that need hauled off, and we do all the work. Pikes Peak Athletics Fall Swim Lessons: Pikes Peak Athletics is a swim school developed by George and Anna Heidinger which brings experienced instructors with the goal of teaching fun and safety in the water. Lessons are offered to children age 6 months and up of all levels, beginner to stroke instruction. Pikes Peak Athletics also has highly experienced instructors who excel with instructing adults. Weigh & Win at the Southeast YMCA Coming this spring! Kaiser Permanente will be offering Weigh and Win, a free community program that helps you achieve a healthy weight. You can earn cash for weight improvement and there are additional opportunities to earn coupons and prizes just by participating.
