I believe this is possible as long as the board, administration and staff focus on what is best for students. To accomplish this we need to make sure our schools have all the resources, human and financial, necessary to meet the demands of the educational arena.

Harrison School District 2 is a unique district in our area, with particular challenges and opportunities for our students. Without a doubt, the best way to make sure that our children are getting the best education possible is by providing high quality instruction in the classroom. I am committed to making sure that every teacher and staff member of the District get the support that they need to ensure high quality instruction as we move the District forward in the 21st Century. I believe that the District has the leadership and vision to excel and offer our students a world-class education.
I cannot emphasize enough to you my commitment to this District, and to these kids. As you may be aware, there is no pay for Board Members. You do it for the kids. And I like it that way. The only payment I want to see is an improving school district and a whole bunch of kids with bright futures.

Five main things I wish to accomplish by serving on the school board:
- I will build community confidence in public education and our District and continue to move Harrison Schools to excellence. - I believe every child has the ability to learn. As a school board member I will support a demanding curriculum that motivates and challenges every student in our community.

- I will build a stronger bridge between schools, families and the community to support our youth. I will listen to parents, students, patrons and teachers with respect so together we can create solutions to the challenges facing our District.
